What is the check-in / check-out time?+
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier or later times may be reviewed upon request.
Is a minimum stay required?+
Yes — a 3 night minimum applies in off-peak season, 5 nights in peak season.
Are children welcome?+
Absolutely. Villa Cyan sleeps 4 and is well suited to small families and couples.
Is the villa cleaned during my stay?+
Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged through our concierge for stays of 7+ nights.
Are pets, smoking, or events permitted?+
